Max Duddles

Mander Cruickshank Solicitors. Max is a Senior Solicitor in the firm’s Mental Health Department. He is a Member of the Law Society’s Mental Health Accreditation Scheme. Max advises, assists and represents patients detained under the provisions of the Mental Health Act 1983. He specialises in representing CAMHS patients, people who have been sentenced to be detained in hospital as part of the criminal law process, and people who have been diagnosed as suffering from Autism or a Learning Disability.
