Kat is a Partner in the Clinical Negligence Department at Taylor & Emmet LLP. Kat has over 15 years’ experience in all types of clinical negligence work, with a specialist interest in obstetric cases. She has worked on a number of complex, high value cases involving children with lifelong, and sometimes life-limiting, disabilities arising from problems associated with their birth.
