Introduction

This introduction to residential conveyancing is designed for support staff and paralegals who carry out some of the conveyancing tasks involved in a sale or purchase (typically under supervision by a more senior lawyer) but who want to have a deeper understanding of the process.

While this live broadcast does not specifically cover the completion of conveyancing forms and other documents, it does provide an essential overview of key elements of the conveyancing process, from initial instructions until completion of the transaction. A key aim of the presentation is to help you to be clearer about the issues you can tackle and matters that would need the involvement of your supervisor.

Delegates will also have the chance to ask questions and to learn in a supportive environment.
