Craig Ward

The Much Hon. Craig Ward, Baron of Lundie is a consultant solicitor and writer. He has an MSc in mental health research from King’s College London and a BA(Hons) in psychology. He is a member of Solicitors For the Elderly and the British Psychological Society (MBPsS). He completed a counselling course (CertCouns) at Regent’s Park College. He speaks internationally on mental capacity and elderly care law, and mediates on commercial, probate and elderly disputes. Craig worked for the Alzheimer’s Society as their legal information officer, for social services and social care agencies working with vulnerable adults. He enjoys country walking, flute playing and diving. He is currently writing a book on Business Lasting Powers of Attorney.
