Sarah Squires

Sarah is a Barrister at Old Square Tax Chambers, having been called to the bar in 2017. Previously a tax partner at Clifford Chance LLP, she has significant experience of advising on corporation tax and business transactions. Sarah also acts as a consultant to various trade bodies on UK tax policy and was recently involved in projects relating to loss reform, SSE and the UK's corporate interest restrictions. In addition, Sarah is a member of the Law Society Tax Law Committee.
