David O'Keeffe

Chartered Accountant, FCA, CTA(Fellow), Aiglon Consulting. Prior to setting up Aiglon Consulting, David spent more than 23 years with KPMG as a corporate tax adviser. He has been involved with the UK’s R&D regime since the very first discussions and consultation and is recognised as one of the leading advisers in this area. He was instrumental, along with CIOT, in getting HMRC to establish the R&D Consultative Committee and continues to represent CIOT on that committee.
