Philip Pearson-Batt
Associate, KSA. Philip is a qualified solicitor who has practised in Employment & HR Law for a number of years. Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Philip worked in-house at Boots head office in Nottingham, which gave him first-hand and practical experience of recruitment and HR issues, alongside a working knowledge of the daily dealings of a large and busy HR department. Philip has worked with several business clients on complex and sensitive issues such as TUPE transfers, exiting senior managers from international organisations and grievances related to serious alleged breaches of the Equality Act 2010. Philip regularly delivers training programmes to organisations ranging from large multi-national companies to small local charities.
