Pete Miller

Pete Miller CTA (Fellow): Jerroms Miller Specialist Tax. Pete is a specialist in all aspects of M&A tax and lead author of Taxation of Company Reorganisations (Bloomsbury Professional, 6th edition, September 2020). He spent 10 years with the Inland Revenue as a technical specialist and 11 years with Big 4 firms, then ran his own M&S tax practice for 11 years, helping other professional advisers with their clients' tax issues, before setting up a joint venture with Jerroms. He is a member of the editorial boards of Taxation, The Tax Journal and Simons Taxes and he is the General Editor of Whiteman & Sherry on Capital Gains Tax and of Whiteman & Sherry on Income Tax.
