Introduction
This virtual classroom seminar will cover recent developments in legislation relating to community care law including the amendments to the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and its interplay with the Care Act 2014.
Also covered will be looking at whether services are or should be provided under the Care Act 2014 or Mental Health Act 1983 s.117 and addressing recent case law on the Care Act 2014.
