Managing Data Subject Rights & Requests - Live with Robert Bond
Introduction
The GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 introduced an enhanced range of rights for data subjects, from the right of erasure to the right of portability as well as streamlined data subject access requests and rights to object to certain processing activities.
Businesses have one month to respond to requests from data subjects and individuals are exercising their rights more vigorously as they realise that in most cases it costs them nothing to do so.
This live broadcast session will discuss the various data subject rights and how best to prepare for and to respond to them.
