New SRA Code of Conduct Rule - Treating Colleagues with Respect & The Partner Requirement to Challenge Behaviour
Introduction
In Spring 2023 the SRA introduced a new Code of Conduct rule which requires all solicitors to treat colleagues fairly and with respect and partners will be required to challenge the behaviour of those who do not meet this standard.
This new virtual classroom seminar will discuss what this new rule means and how to put it in to practice.
This session will be of interest to compliance professionals, solicitors and partners who will have a positive obligation to challenge behaviour.
