Introduction

If you specialise in children law cases then you need to be familiar with the law, practice and procedure surrounding experts and assessments.

There have been continuous developments in this field, with renewed guidance as to the use of experts, and in particular, whether assessments are to be undertaken ‘in-house’, or for the assessment to be outsourced.

It is important to be clear as to ‘who pays’ for assessment and undertaking responsibility.

These and other questions will be answered in this webinar.
