Introduction
A recent ACAS report estimated that the total annual costs of conflict in the workplace to UK employers is a staggering £28.5billion. This means on average it costs organisations £100 for every employee in the UK per year. Clearly handling employee complaints early before the relationship is damaged is beneficial to everyone.
This workshop will explore the importance of identifying grievances at an early stage, having the confidence to tackle them, how to manage tricky issues whilst avoiding the pitfalls!
This is a highly interactive session during which you will have the opportunity to share your own experiences and have your questions answered by an employment law expert, making it ideal for lawyers, HR professionals and people managers.
