Fraud is back in the spotlight with the NCA, HMRC and police investigating those who were not legally entitled to Government support during the pandemic.
This virtual classroom seminar is aimed at those with a working understanding of the Fraud Act and will ask if the Act is still working and how practitioners can make the most of it. It will also include a recent Court of Appeal interpretation of s4 Fraud Act.
